What is this survey about?
The survey helps Sutter Health better understand how key stakeholders (including patients, community members, employees, clinicians, policy-makers, and others) view Sutter Health and what you expect from Sutter Health as a trusted healthcare organization.
Can anyone take the survey?
Unfortunately not. To ensure the data are representative of various stakeholder audiences, we randomly select individual respondents. If you receive an invitation, we strongly encourage you to respond since your voice is one of the few chosen to represent your peers.
IS THE SURVEY CONFIDENTIAL?
Absolutely! In fact, you can rest assured that you are anonymous when taking this survey. We have taken steps to ensure no response can be linked back to any individual. Moreover, we do not ask anyone to provide any personally-identifiable information. We are only interested in your honest opinions.
Who is conducting the survey?
Sutter Health has engaged the Health Analytics & Insights Group (HAIG) for the past five years to manage the design, administration, analysis and reporting of the survey. HAIG is a research firm based in Washington, DC.
What is required of me?
Your willingness to share your opinions and about fifteen minutes of your time. The survey can be done online at your convenience. If you are unable to do the survey online and would like an interviewer to speak with you over the phone, please reach out below.
